Anyone who like me has scoured ebay on the look out for cheaper make up will have no doubt stumbled upon Constance Carroll. She is everywhere I tell you! I thought I might as well try some of it it out so opted for this pressed powder in ivory. My usual powder is just the collection 2000 one which has suited my needs just fine. The Constance Carroll powder boasts an ultra fine powder enriched with silk and blended with moisturisers. It also contains vitamin E, UVA and UVB sunscreen. All sounds pretty good doesn't it?
WRONG! It was awful. Granted, it makes your face feel stupidly soft. In that way, it is really good. However the minute your face gets a little wet or oily the powder turns creamy and matted on your face. It looks awful. Adding additional make up after, maybe a mid day spruce up is out of the question as it begins to matte with powder and kind of conjeals.
Overall I would stay well clear of this product and choose a collection 2000 one if you are looking for a more affordable powder. This one was cheap however lacked in the results department.
